I bought these 2 years ago. I've used all my 12v tools quite a lot and rotated batteries including the DeWalt brand. These lacked the battery charge indicators, but that's my issue. They didn't hold a charge as long as the brand name batteries. That's also to be expected. What ruined these for me, is only getting occasional use rotating them in and out as needed... One died a couple months ago and wouldn't charge anymore. Then, the next one died shortly thereafter. While the brand name batteries continue with no issues and with harsher use, not to mention the brand name batteries I have are older... You don't always expect cheaper batteries to hold their charge as long, or to have the features... But you ultimately don't expect them to be junk either. These are junk. ... show more

The batteries looked exactly like what was shown online. They both work well for my impact which was great because the original batteries both had given up holding a charge. This product was worth the price and I would look for other items from the seller if needed.
