Bought this when my son was 17 months and it didn’t hold his interest for long at first, but 20 months+ he’s been spending a lot of time with it! The flaps are pretty sturdy but he has unfortunately ripped two off.

Love this book! It is full of real life pictures of animals, not drawings. It separates into categories like home, safari, arctic, etc. Also includes colors, counting to 5, differences, and patterns. It was bigger than I expected but doesn’t bother me. The only thing I don’t like is that there is writing on the flaps so we wont see the word if my kid rips it off. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I bought this for my two-year-old for Christmas and she loves it. The book is very sturdy, so it will definitely keep up with the wear and tear of my toddler. I also love that there are flaps on almost every page so it definitely keeps her attention the entire time.

This is my baby’s FAVORITE book!! He loves looking at the animals and learning about them! It keeps him entertained for a very long time as it’s interractive and colorful. The only problem is that the flaps do tear off easily! My 9 month old enjoys tearing off the flaps and munching on them as if they are snacks. So we have to watch him carefully! Gave it to my 2yr old after i opened it and he loved it. He loves animals and books so he just sat there and called out the animals loudly followed by big wows. If your toddler likes books they will definately enjoy this one.
