The last Pillow of my life

The pillow arrived vacuum sealed, but had some good weight to it, I unpacked them and put them in the dryer at low heat for 20 minutes with about 8 dryer balls. After the 20 minutes the pillows were big and fluffy, they have some great structure to them, but when you lay your head down, your head sinks a wee bit, but it is generously supported by the pillow, I would describe it as firm, but not rock hard firm where it's uncomfortable, the pillows have a zip cover so you can remove filling, add filling from the 2nd pillow in the set, or even order a seperate bag of it, these pillows feel amazing and are well constructed, I am very very satisfied with this purchase, and since you can customize the pillows to your preference there really isn't any risk for the consumer, not to mention the other aspects of the pillow are made with quality. If you order these, prepare to throw away your other pillows, because they won't stack up (see what I did there?)

Huge and Hard

Followed directions. Pillows came out of dryer (on Fluff) huge and hard. It's my fourth night sleeping on it and I keep saying not one more night. My husband says his is "okay" so maybe it's just me. I would not buy again.

Almost perfect

Really like these pillows. They work as described. They are comfy to lay your head on. The only drawback is the shape. The middle of the pillow doesn't exactly push down like the edges will. So after long use, the shape of the pillow will be more like round than square and fat. Not the worst thing. I guess I could try to unzip and move the inner stuffing around, but the edges will compress more than the pillow body and I just live with that. I sleep well. No neck problems. I would order again.
