Ordered 6 tires June of 2022. 5 tires had DOT date codes showing they were manufactured within the last 10 weeks, with 2 of those being within the last 3 weeks. Only one of the 6 had an old date code from the same seller with a late 2019 date. Looks like 2 came from one seller (they were boxed) and 4 from another(they were delivered just a label on the tire , all shipped thru amazon or UPS. I purchased these for use on a 32' class c Rv. I had an off-brand tire on the RV, and after having 2 blowouts in a year, i decided it was time to get better tires. I chose these because firestone is made in the USA, inhad them on the coach as the original tires, and they are advertises as commercial highway tires with a load capacity of over 5000 lbs. This is 100% untrue and false advertising. These are a light-duty, 10-ply truck tire. Commerical tires will have a "c" after their nomenclature, and these dont. Additionally, the tire specs for single and dual loads are same as every other LT tire of the same size. I purchased these mainky for the weight capacity as advertised, but sure enough its 100% false. These tires themsleves are extremly loud too. Comfort is relative in an RV. But based on their standard ability and capaciry Im going yo decide if theyre worth keeping. As of right now, im going to look for a different commercial-grade tire and if i find one that's not 260 buck, these are getting sent back. ... show more
