The REMOTE for my Fire TV is small, round, and slick - designed by some sadistic wannabe engineer that hates his job. If you try to push a button without holding onto the little *#$&&$*@ remote, it rocks away. Try to pick it up and it slides through your fingers. TOTALLY frustrating! Now comes this little case that solves those problems and saves the remote from being thrown into the trash. This little case fits perfict, easy to install, & looks nice,. All funtions operate as before. No longer necessary to hold the remote when pushing buttons.

I did not notice I knocked this off my sofa twice & onto a tiled floor - I was looking for it everywhere on the sofa - finally found it on the floor - the drop was so quiet that my sharp ears couldn't even hear it - that's how well 'padded & protected' it is. 2. I love the square shape in my hand - much easier to grip. 3. I also love the open button panel - so much easier to feel & press buttons, than the ones where the cover surrounds each button. 4. I’ve purchased three of these covers. One for a Toshiba C350LU Fire TV, and two for Fire TV 4K Max that I own. They fit well, are easy to remove, and don’t slide because of the flat bottom. More expensive than some other options, but worth the buy in my opinion.

This cover adds some thickness so easier for my dad to hold onto. I complain to Amazon often that elderly and people with disabilities cannot hold or click the thin remote. Bright color makes it easy to find. I don't notice that it glows. Thick and grippy case doesn't let it fall into furniture.
