I only just received this cover for my older generation iPad today, so I can’t speak much to its sturdiness, but it seems sturdy enough to protect my iPad (12.9”). The color, however, was nothing like what I expected. It seemed a lighter pink rather than rose fold in the photos, but it actually looks more like a dusty pink or even lilac. It’s not what I was expecting and I’m disappointed but this is the 2nd time I’ve ordered and I don’t want to have to start over so I’ll just keep it. ... show more

THE STITCHED STRIPS HOLD TNE PAD AT THE RIGHT ANGLE The old cover I had didn't have the strips. It had the slots on the back cover and the Ipad kept falling down. This one is great. Altogether I have purchased 3 IPad Cases for my 12.9 inc. IPad, this one is the best among the three. It's oversized covers the 4 corners of the IPad, it has more paddings, so it gives solid protections to the IPad. I love the additional pocket for keeping notes, it has mini compartments for keeping pens. I love its elegant looks, and it arrives at the exact product as its shown on the Amazon website.
