Easy to assemble and no issues with damaged parts. Looks just like on the pictures. Note: During the first couple of uses it might get stuck to the bottom elevation. It's just a matter of using it a couple times to break it in and it will work as designed.

Love the chairs, but did not give the best review due to having difficulty using the adjustable height lever. The first chair I put together was adjusted to the tallest height and now I can not get the lever to allow it to lower down. I am afraid to raise the second chair for fear of the same problem.
