The carport was an excellent investment. I had an issue with the canopy after 14 months. I contacted their customer service and spoke with a very helpful representative. After I submitted photos of the problem I was sent a new canopy at no cost to me. Would definitely deal with them again. Mike Mc.

The instructions were small, vague, and very difficult to interpret. I would be concerned about it supporting more than a few inches of snow. You pretty much get what you pay for.
