The glass is super sturdy, they are lightweight, I love that they are clear so I can remember what’s in which one. They are perfect size, they aren’t bulky and awkward. Great quality and cleaning/washing them is easy and quick! The pink seal works perfectly as well.

I love these containers. Glass is thick and I don't believe they will easily break. The lids are so easy to attach and to remove. Since I have a problem with my hands, I've been looking for an alternative to containers that. have lids that you have to pull off. These are wonderful. My only issue is that I wish they came in a slightly bigger size. I would definitely buy them.

great little containers

I purchased these to replace some worn out plastic containers I use for single servings of protein powder for my work lunches. The smallest glass containers I previously had were 1 cup pyrex, and just had too much wasted space in my lunch box. While these hold less (about 1/2 cup), the glass is thicker than pyrex, and therefore they're only a tad bit smaller than a one cup pyrex. I do like how sturdy they feel, and have dropped one without it breaking. There are some negative reviews about the rubber ring coming off. I personally like that it isn't glued or wedged into the lid tightly, because I can clean them better. I usually stay away from anything with rubber rings, since they can grow mold if moisture is trapped in the seal, but since these rings come off, I don't have that concern when using these. While I haven't used them for liquids, I have yet to have one leak powder. I've had them for a couple weeks now with no complaints. Compared to other glass containers this size, this is a great deal. I can prep my powdered ingredients for a whole week and just grab and go on busy work days. The only thing I don't like is that they do not nest/stack. If you want to stack them, you have to put the lids on, and they take up quite a bit of room. Mine are constantly in rotation of use, so it's not a big deal, but if you were planning on storing them in a cupboard, be aware that they take up some space.

I bought these containers hoping they would help us NOT overindulge on ice cream/sherbet, and they are fantastic for that purpose! We scoop the frozen dessert into the containers; snap on the lids; and keep in the front of the freezer shelf (with the ice cream/sherbet tub far to the back). At dessert time, we just pull out two of these little 'boxes' and eat right from them. The containers and the lids wash well in the DW (top). The glass is thick and sturdy - it's somewhat surprising - in a good way - how heavy (for their size) they are. I don't know if they're truly leak-proof as we haven't used them with liquids, and the lids have to be precisely positioned for locking...but these are small quibbles with an excellent product!
