We remodeled our bathroom and wanted a more modern looking toilet that was skirted (for easier cleaning). The toilets at Home Depot and Lowes were a lot more expensive for this style, so we held off until we found a better deal. After weeks of going through different reviews and comparing prices, I finally decided to take a chance and purchase this toilet from Amazon. It arrived in a timely manner, undamaged, and with no extra fees for delivery which is a plus (because who wants to go to the store to pick up a toilet). To my surprise the toilet was exactly what I wanted and fit my bathroom so well. HOWEVER, after my contractor installed the toilet he realized the hinges that connect the toilet seat to the toilet, were NOT included. I tried to reach out and unfortunately there were no options for requesting a missing part, it was either request a refund or replacement (this would’ve been such a hassle because it was already installed and I was not going to send it back). The toilet looks beautiful but we can’t use it without a toilet seat, so I had to order the hinges (hopefully they fit), and wait for them to arrive (which is very inconvenient as they should’ve been included). Overall, if I had ALL of the parts this would’ve been 5/5 stars. Hopefully anyone else who orders doesn’t have this issue and if they do, there should be some option to request missing parts. ***UPDATE*** 10/25/2022 The company reached out to me after they saw my review and sent me the missing parts right away, so I wanted to update my review. I’ve been using this toilet for a few months already and have had no issues with it. It’s exactly what we wanted. We are completely satisfied with our purchase and would buy from this company again!

I waited about 6 months to leave this review so that i could really say how well it holds up, etc. We were doing a total bathroom remodel and chose this toilet. I really love how it looks and although we gave room for a larger toilet, I preferred a more streamlined one. It is incredibly easy to clean which is what I had hoped for when purchasing a 1 piece with the easy pop on/off seat. I installed this myself and had no real issues. Maybe being a woman with smaller hands lent to it being easy to attach it so close to the wall but I thought it was simple. 6 months in and it still performs as it should and still looks brand new because of how easy to clean it is. My only complaint is thar in this 6 months, the seat lost its pressure that enabled it to be soft close and I'll need to get another one. I would expect it to have lasted longer but overall, I am very pleased with this purchase and will likely buy another one when we remodel the 2nd bath.

After instllled I realized the toilet seat is much smaller that the toilet rim . Also it's a different white . I have spent $180 to have toilet installed and now I am stuck with it .

i liked the design the most. but installation was a bitch. Aligning the bolts was not fun but once in it's great. the seat was a nightmare. Instruction were terrible. hard to read and I ended up breaking one so I order new seat from Amazon and they were much easier to install. I'm not a plumber but I've worked construction for 20 years and have put many toilets in. This was by far the hardest I put in.

It's a good looking toilet and I like that it's 1 piece so it's easier to clean. Similar toilets from well known brands cost double but this isn't worth the savings. The seat doesn't have a fixed position. As such the seat sits off center and that looks terrible. Also the seat is supposed to be soft close that feature lasted a short time. Now it's not soft close anymore. Also there's these 4 plastic dampers under the seat. They're not secured and they fell out. I suspect and I'm concerned they may have fallen into the toilet and flushed into my pipes. That's a problem. The biggest problem is the bowl on my toilet barely fills. Originally I contacted the company shortly after purchase and they directed to view a video from home Depot of a different toilet. That wasn't any help. The problem became worse where now the tube in the tank which is supposed to fill the toilet bowl doesn't do anything at all and the water level remains extremely low. This is a sanitation issue. Correct water level in the bowl is necessary to keep a clean and sanitary toilet. Additionally the level float is seated in a open top pipe and the adjustment is very minimal before the float comes out of the pipe and floats freely. And if it comes out it stops working and will just fill all day. Extremely poor design. The mechanical components in the toilet tank are built in and to the best of knowledge they cannot be replaced. This alone is extremely concerning especially considering the issues I'm having. The listing says 5 year warranty. Company says their warranty is 1 year and now barely 1 year after purchase I have a toilet which was not worth the savings. Consider the installation labor/cost. Better to spend more and buy from a reputable manufacturer.

I needed a taller seat. I am 75 with bad knees. I misread the height and thought that I was getting a 20 inch plus high seat. Instead, I got the same 16 inch seat. I also destroyed the carton getting the toilet out, so now I have no way to ship it back. Both errors were my fault. I guess that I will just have to discard this new and very nice toilet and buy another. This was almost as stupid as me getting married.
