Would have been a 5 as it is well made, looks cute like the ad and fits to standard. The fabric is durable and should handle many washings. I had to wash twice in hot water and spray Febreze to get rid of the chemical order instead of returning. If it needed any more, I couldn’t wear it. This vest is the best! Took a while to get here as it comes from China but it's worth the wait. The perfect layer over a sweater and leggings, long so covers the butt and pretty oversized. I'm a typical Medium or Large and ordered the Medium. Still pretty loose in the armpits but that's the style I was going for. The design is really nice. But... the first think hit me was the smell, anyhow not a big deal as most time after washing one or two times the smell goes away. But the fabric quality was dull and not as vibrant as in the picture. Most disappointingly, the pocket starts above my waist, so it makes my torso look shorter. It's not as long as it appears on the model, it barely covers my rear. The arm holes are too big. I was really looking forward to this vest but all I feltvwas disappointment. I tried it on multiple times to see if i could like it and went back to the site to look at what it looks like and it just does not have the same appeal in person as it looks on the site.
