  • Expensive but informative
Format: Kindle
Quite expensive but since it’s for a class and the information is thoroughly presented, I am glad I purchased versus renting.

  • Missing pages
Format: Hardcover
I took the risk when I bought this book. I was hoping that the company would have improvements atleast from all of those negative reviews from the customers. And I badly need it for school. But I was wrong. DON’T BUY IT. I immediately checked the pages when I received it and it turns out that pages 177-208 and 481-496 are missing. And there is a duplication of pages 209-240. So I returned it back and asked for refund. ... show more

  • Missing pages
Format: Hardcover
Book is almost brand new, but is defective. Chapter 6 is missing the ending of the chapter. Chapter 7 is missing the whole first chapter. Pages are miss-numbered. Chapters 6-8 are out of order. Missing pages 177-208. This made it difficult for some of my assignments because I was missing crucial information that was missing from the text. ... show more

  • Textbook is defective
Format: Hardcover
I purchased this textbook in January and unfortunately I did not check to make sure all of the pages were in the book. It wasn't until my class assignment was to read and write a paper on chapter that I found out my "brand new" textbook was missing chapter 15 (pages 400 - 449). My fault for not checking immediately, however I purchased what was described as a "brand new" item and never thought I would have check for missing chapters. ... show more

  • Missing pages!!
Format: Hardcover
I was in the middle of trying to study for a test and realized I was missing large sections of this book! I paid too much money for this book for something like this to happen! Now, I am having trouble getting a replacement!

  • Fire their quality checker
Format: Hardcover
This book was essential for my class. However, it was missing the last half of chapter 6 and the first half of chapter 7, had 2 chapter 13s, one and a half chapter 14s, no chapter 15 and only part of the final chapter of the book. Not exactly helpful
