    • I needed this book
This book is a really good read. Everything that I read in this book lets me know that I’m doing everything that I’m supposed to be doing. I am a third year preschool teacher, and I’m not gonna lie some days harder than others. I was literally just on my way to giving up and then I purchased this book and I read it and it made me realize that I’m on the right path and I’m doing the right thing. Sometimes I do feel overworked and underpaid, but I love what I do that’s what keeps me there because of the love with the children and by passion to watch children, bro I always watch his videos so it really pleases me to know that he was coming out with a book. I’m so thankful and grateful for Mr.TY sometimes we don’t have on this conversations about the things that we really do with inside our classroom or some of the things that we deal with from upper management, but just to have this book to know that someone has been why I have been and if I continue to go, I will be in higher position to where I would be attention to Mentor that is my big. My man goal is to one day be a Teacher Mentor to Mentor of the students through the behavioral classrooms and things that they see so thank you miss the time for giving us your personal knowledge on what you know from the industry and sharing it with the industry really love this book ... show more

I was so excited to purchase this book. I thought it was a bit pricey but I still bought it. But, when I received it I thought, this is not a book, its a pamphlet. It's 38 pages. BUT, I gave it a chance. There is a lot of love, wisdom in those 38 pages. I have been teaching preschool for 13 years. I started late. I am almost 50. It has gotten harder every year. Kids are just different and I am tired. I have felt all the things in the book. It does seem like its geared more towards younger people that want to move up or have their own centers in the long run. I still got a lot from it. It's like it spoke to me. Like I needed to hear some things. I will be recommending this book to everyone at work. Thank you TY!!! BUY IT!!!! ... show more
