  • Highly recommend
Very good book on cnc machining. I would suggest it to a beginner who needs the basics to be thoroughly studied. Basics of the programming and the codes are very easily explained. Examples and references are very helpful.

  • Not impressed
I have some knowledge with CNC and programming and still found this book very confusing, it’s not clear and it doesn’t explain much, however I did find the table of g and m codes helpful, at the end you get what you pay for.

  • Inexpensive Book, Decent Summary
You get what you pay for, and this is an inexpensive book. I would recommend this book if you already have a small inkling of what G code is, and just need a summary all compiled into one location. A big improvement to the book would be to greatly expand on circular interpolation using the previous block, the X, Y and I,J centers. Overall it is worth a few dollars, and that's what it costs. ... show more

  • Not very impressed!!
I have join a cnc training school. A week be for starting I purchase this book hoping to get the idea of what to expect. This book is short and not very informative. It has a list of g- codes and their meanings and a drawing of Machine turning directions. That is it!!! I rather wait for my school text book. Don’t waste your money. Buy a more advanced book. ... show more
