Loved this shoe! I have a low arch and this fits well. Nikes make my foot hurt/go numb, I switch to this brand about 5 or so years ago and haven’t looked back. I’m 5’5 normally 135-140lbs with an athletic build. I’m currently 32 weeks pregnant and sitting at 168lbs though. When not pregnant, I was running 3-6miles about times a week. Pregnant I’m going for 2-2.5 mile walks every day. These shoes are still going strong and comfortable!

I have been wearing mizuno wave riders for almost 20 years. These shoes are comfortable and perform great for running or everyday wear. But they do seem to be a half size too small compared previous pairs of wave riders that I have owned.

I have been wearing the Mizuno Waveknit Wave Rider running shoe for 3+ years. My typical show size is 8 M and with the Waveknit 22 and 23 I am a size 9. Unfortunately, the new style is much tighter and after many trials I finally settled with the 9.5. I would recommend going up 1/2 size compared to your older Mizuno shoes. Regardless, I am finally happy with the fit and comfort. Always a great shoe that is supportive.

The shoe is incredibly comfortable and I love the foam however it was advertised as true to size, and unless my feet have grown it is a half a size too small. All my other sixes fit fine, however this one fits small. It took a couple times wearing to verify the size being just shy of true. Otherwise I would highly recommend this shoe. So size a half up to have it fit well.

I like the way these fit. Just as expected. They are comfortable and perform better than any brand I have tried in the past. I have narrow feet with very little arches. I have difficulty getting any shoe to fit properly…..usually I end up with a shoe that is too short in order to get arch support. I do not have that problem with this brand.

Apparently there are 2 different models available depending on the color. I got the all black ones which I believe is the standard original model. I usually wear a size 9 and ordered 9.5 based on reviews. I think I would have been best with a 10 because my big toes are a little pinched in them. Someone else said that they stretch out with wear so I'm hoping that's true. Other than that they seem like good shoes so far.

I got these in the wide size specifically and while they are the right length, even in wide they are pretty narrow. My feet are not overly wide but I like a little more room in a running shoe, and while these are wearable, they do feel tight and narrower than expected. If you have wider feet, choose another shoe or at least try going up a size.
