Good price and quality. These are slim fit i.e. thinner than 4 inches. Description clearly stated this but I missed it. Our HVAC filter housing is 4.5 inches so these don't fit properly. Had to tape them in to ensure the air flow doesn't go around them.

Honeywell - Is thicker and a bit heaver. Fits tight, I needed to squeeze the filter to fit in my HVAC. Two pack at Home Depot around $50 if in stock. Filterbuy - Sides in easy with a bit of wiggle room in HVAC. I like that it's 100% American made. Two pack Amazon subscription price around $40. The subscription is a great reminder to change filters.

Buyer beware for certain. I placed an order to Filterbuy through Amazom for a set 20x25x4 and 16x25x4s air filters. The large box arrived and I opened it to find two sets of filters. The first set was the 20x25x4s but the second set were 16x20x4s. Not what I ordered. So I started an Amazon return. Hey… everyone makes a mistake right? The return is initiated and I return the first set of incorrect filters. I receive notice Through Amazom that the replacement set is on the way. Great! So I receive the second set in a box that looks too small to contain my order. Why might that be? Because it was. The air filters that were sent were (8) 14x25x1 Filters. What! So I start another return and ask for the full refund. You would have though because it was filterbuy's error that they would pay the shipping, right. NO… Here is Filterbuys return policy statement. “Please note that if your order was fulfilled correctly and you would still like to return the item, you are more than welcome to do so. However, in many of these scenarios you will be responsible for the return shipping cost, which is generally very expensive due to the nature of our mostly oversized product selection. If you have any questions related to whether or not you would be liable for the cost of the return shipping label, please contact our support team.” There was no method offered where I didn't have to pay shipping for their mistake. Not a good policy. I ended up paying more for Filterbuy not fulfilling my order. If you don’t mind paying the extra for their mistakes and terrible return policy to get your refund then please ignore my review and continue with your purchases.
