Good cost for a filter that gets most harmful substances out of your air. My kid's allergies are pretty bad, and this works well to help reduce symptoms. They fit perfectly into my hvac and I don't notice any issues with sound. I like this bulk package because I can regularly change my filters. I purchased this item based on the dimensional size of 20"x25"x4" which is the current size of my furnace filter. My bad, I never considered the nominal dimensions. I have noted others commenting on the filters being too small. I would never have thought not all 20"x25"x4" filters could come in half a dozen nominal sizes nor that I would need to purchase a 5" wide filter! CAVEAT EMPTOR! When I tried to return the item, I was provided with a "self-pay" mailing label that would cost more than $100; similar comments from others. I contacted Amazon and asked for assistance since their website for this produce states, "FREE RETURNS". After a number of email exchanges with Filterbuy, I was told their exchange/refund policy is you must purchase the correct filters and they supply prepaid UPS labels for your return. I will say Filterbuy customer support was respectful and efficient in resolving my concerns. Problem solved. Hopefully, this filter will live up to the advertised quality. ... show more
