I just got these. They are sturdy and comfortable but the mic is extremely low volume even with max volume on everything. The sound is very high but lacks bass. Ran some tests and neither side trigger the "subwoofer" part of 7.1 surround sound. I know it's "virtual" surround sound but these are the 1st pair I've had that lack that aspect. Maybe defective? I am on Windows 10 Pro. I personally won't be buying another pair but if friends need something cheaply priced to get by, then I'd recommend these. My Logitech G-35 went out. These were a temporary fix until I can find and another pair or fix mine.
