Preordered before the deadline to be eligible for the ones to watch item pack. On release day only recieved partial preorder items altogether. EA support redirected me to Amazon to ask for a "replacement" code. Was transferred to 3 different departments of Amazon customer service before I just gave up. Gave EA support another try and they flat out said if Amazon support cannot help me then I can't get the promo.

What a waste of money. Pre ordered the game before the 14th to get the additional OTW pack and surprise no code emailed as promised. Tried to talk to Amazon support but absolutely useless and was bounced around from department to department without help only to be offered a $5 credit. Complete joke.

This was a mistake to purchase. I never got the complete downloadable content promised when you pre order this game before august 14. I did receive some but EA just false advertise to trick people into pre order. Don't waste your time and money on pre oder any Fifa games in the future.
