    • I have had this scooter for less than a year and it is completely DEAD
I purchased this scooter in October 2021. I showed up in a BANGED UP BOX. Completely destroyed and the battery Deck was warped. I tried to return it but the seller sent me a replacement and let me keep the original. That seemed like a good deal to me at first. The first scooter with the warped battery deck last for 1 week and stopped working all together, it was basically garbage, but I had the replacement so that was fine, right? NO! I rode this scooter for about 1.5 miles, 5 days a week to commute for work. At the end of May the scooter started shutting off in the middle of the street while I was riding it. I would have to restart the scooter over and over. Eventually it stopped working and it will not start back. Now I have a second scooter that is completely garbage in less than 1 year. The scooter arrived in a beat up broken card board box. The scooter arrived with a huge dent in the main floor board and some other DEEP scratches. I had the scooter for a few days and enjoyed it. It was fast and a fun ride but it will not charge and I am still waiting for the supplier to take it back for a refund. For paying this amount of money you would think the scooter would be a new product and actually work...I NEED MY MONEY BACK PLEASE ... show more
