Y'all, this skirt is CUTE cute. I checked out the customer photos, read the reviews, and the skirt is a winner! I can see why some people bought it in multiple colors. I wear a U.S. women's size 16-18, so I was a bit worried about the one size thing. I can tell you that if it were any tighter, I would be returning it. But it fits pretty comfortably and doesn't give me a muffin top. I was also worried about the side gathering giving me bulk in the wrong places and it DOESN'T. It hangs beautifully over my hips and then flares with the gathering more by the knees. The ruching adds the perfect amount of unique interest without being overtly attention grabbing. The material is solid, decently thick, for cotton. It feels more like linen in weight. And, most importantly, IT HAS POCKETS. Yes, I will be getting it in other colors. ... show more

TBH, at first, I didn't know if I absolutely loved this or kinda hated it 😂. After wearing it for a couple minutes and playing with the side ties, I - LOVE- IT. I included a photo of the ties because they're easy to miss at first and I saw a couple people say they "didn't come on the skirt". They're on the bottom of the big pockets, and go all the way to the bottom of the skirt. The skirt touches my feet if I wear it where I like to (closer to my hips than waist) and I'm 5'9" so that's excellent! You can wear it high on your waist, and the draw strings on both side can also shorten it. Elastic is a great width and stretches a lot but will also hold up top. A fantastic "one size" make. I expected the fabric to be like a basic dress shirt for some reason, but it's thicker and great quality. I could see this being warm in winter with leggings and still keeping cool in summer. Very boho and comfy to wear! Sewing is top notch, great craftsmanship. I will probably get another color, as I did with a different one of their billowy skirts. A++, quality is DEFINITELY worth the price. Update: my other two skirts are going strong, but the olive green one is way too warm toned for me so I finally accepted that. I got the light green color but it's a little less muted and more pastel than I anticipated. Tried mangosteen, a really gorgeous color. When the skirt arrived, the "ties" with which to adjust the dress were sewn INTO the dress, with No opening for the ties to stick out. I had to use a seam-ripper tool to cut the dress open and pull the "ties" out, then sew up the holes which I had to create. So it's NOT ready to wear when it arrives and you have to be VERY careful not to damage the skirt trying to get the "ties" straps out (some good sewing skills will come in handy here) Sizing wise: This skirt is VERY long. Being only 5'1" the skirts still drags on the ground even though I have ruched the sides up as much as possible. .. and I still have to wear it very high on my waist -almost under my breasts) ... it must have been made someone 6 feet tall. The waist elastic is a comfortably tight fit on me - I am a US size 6 .. if I were a size 8 it would be starting to get uncomfortably tight. Other than that this skirt is very well made the fabric is beautiful, its nice an opaque, and I love this skirt and YES I will be buying more of them in all the colors. ... show more

I bought this in two different shades with the intention of returning the one I didn’t like, but turns out I love them both so I’ve kept both. Pictured: rust and desert rose. I actually ended up layering them and wearing both for the Renaissance fair because I liked how they complimented each other and my corset. I took pictures of the multiple options I was considering for these, ultimately decided to add safety pins and an additional dress with a light pattern to give it more color dimension. I received many compliments on my outfit at the faire and was very happy with the final look. They are not see through at all, a nice fabric weight (linen), and very comfortable to wear. The other reviewers mentioned the bunching is difficult to figure out; it just took me a couple minutes and then I got it. I did add safety pins to keep them in place for the layering look I was going for, but in everyday use I wouldn’t need them. Although I purchased these for the faire, these are versatile enough to be worn separately for work occasions or casually on a daily basis. ... show more

LOVE this skirt. Great material. The fit was perfect, and the length was just right when gathered. If you don't gather it on the sides, it is very long. The material is fairly thick and not see through. It has stretch in the waist but nowhere else. Great value for a boho skirt with lots of movement.
