Great Festool product
Great extractor for keeping a clean shop. I was surprised the price for this Festool was not much higher than the lesser brands. Well worth the investment, especially when using with a Festool sander.

Not as nice as CT26/CT36
If you are not the fence buy the CT26 or CT36 (I have both). This is not the best for a Festool product IMO.

Awesome Festool CT25 dust extractors. Money well spent.
I purchased a CT25 and I have. To say that is awesome. People who are disliking the hose or lack of hose garage knew that they were saving money. I mean a $300 difference that went towards TS 60, which is awesome. I plug the CT25 to my Dewalt 735 planner and it blew my mind. The bag filled completely and the HEPA filter was immaculate. I mean super clean. I have no regrets on this purchase as I was going to buy a CT26 at first, but as a hobbyist enthusiast my wife helped me with the decision as they had both dust extractors on hand. I highly recommend this Festool CT25. It will surprise you in a good way. ‘

Very difficult to connect to sander
Hard to use, rubber band latch to hold hose is too tight, hose catches on edge of table, horribly difficult to connect hose to sander. The pre filter spills saw dust all over the place when you remove it to clean it out.
