Description

A package of Festool 575162 150mm (6") diameter P80 Granat abrasives designed specifically to fit all RO 150, ES 150, ETS 150, ETS EC 150, LEX 150 Sanders equipped with the MULTI-JETSTREAM 2 (MJ2) dust removal system. Granat is an ultra-versatile and incredibly durable abrasive suitable for a wide range of materials, including bare wood, plus most modern paint systems, plastics, mineral materials, acrylic, repair compounds, fillers, and solid surface materials, as well as processing hard sub-layers. This premium abrasive is composed of hardened Aluminum Oxide and Ceramic Grit for scratch resistant coatings and high VOC clear coats. All papers attach with Festool's StickFix (hook & loop style) system. Pack of 50. Germany Set Contains: 1 x Festool Sanding discs STF D150/48 P80 GR/50

We recently switched to the Festool 6" sanders along with the corresponding abrasives. Yes it's more expensive, however the material removal and sanding pad life is greater than the other brands we had been using in the past. This particular 1500 grit does a great job on solid surface material.

I own a small woodworking shop and have used many types of sandpaper before upgrading to the Festool Rotex Sanders. The Granat paper is by far superior to any other papers I have used.
