    • Missing brackets

Would leave 5 starts but, the bed was shipped with 4 missing brackets. In the instructions it says there are 8 L shaped brackets that's labeled T but only came with 4. The brackets are parts that just holds decorative panels so it still functions fine. I wish there was a way for amazon or the seller to be able to ship just those parts out instead of ordering a whole exchange. The packaging weighs around 125lb and for me to carry that back to an amazon return point just because a part that weighs nothing just seems silly, even from an economical stand point for amazon or the seller. Other than that the bed looks and functions great. It's a shame I can't leave a 5 star. PS. Will change to 5 stars if seller sees this and would kindly send out those brackets to me :) ... show more

This was easy to put together. The lift mechanism seems strong. The outlet cord isn’t very long. I worry about something getting spilled on the outlets. I have a 10” mattress and there is a small gap without pillows.

not too hard to assemble and looks super cute. took me 80 minutes ish by myself. plenty of storage underneath (obviously). the outlet on top is life changing for my electric blanket and for my “”adult massage wand””. didn’t even consider that until i put it together, 10/10. full transparency the lift part is a lot harder to lift than i thought it would be. i have no clue how to say this but i guess i was expecting it would feel like picking up a 15 pound box but it feels more like picking up a 40 pound box. your grandma definitely could not lift this by herself. not an issue for me at all but absolutely something to keep in mind if you have knee or back problems. i’ve had it for a month and a half right now no issues so far. i’ll update if i run into any. ... show more
