All in all it seems to be a very nice guitar. The black finish is beautiful and the sound quality is impressive for the price. I also like the face that it came with several accessories that makes it a better value. It was a Christmas present for my youngest daughter and she Loves It!. The only flaw I've noticed is it's missing the metal peg on the neck to attach a strap end to. It has the one on the bottom end. It must have missed a step in the manufacturing process. That's why I gave craftsmanship a 4 star rating. Otherwise it a beautiful instrument. I doubt if we will send it back for that reason alone. For the most part she plays while sitting, so it's not really an issue. ... show more
