Right out of the box, I barely had to tune this perfect sized guitar. Amazing sound from this little Fender. Sounds as good as my 40 year old Guild concert guitar. I do plan to put some lighter strings on her. I'm in my 70's and needed something a little smaller and lighter for strumming on the couch. It's my first new guitar in over 40 years. I'm impressed with what Fender has made for $199.00. Because of Covid-19 I didn't want to go in a store 50 miles away, but Amazon came through. Update: After playing this every day for two weeks, I am so happy I bought this guitar. I have also noticed when watching music videos, that a lot of people are playing parlor size guitars. This guitar is good for small hand (I'm 5'1). The reason I returned is only tuning pegs, other things is great.

This is very nice quality guitar for the money and for a beginner. Just the right size for my wife; not to small like a 3/4 scale and not too large for her body size. It sounds very good for it's size and holds its tuning.
