  • 10 Pack Of Sturdy
Size: 3 Feet
Drive in fence posts are pretty typical and they are all fairly the same. These Thealyn posts are available in several different lengths from 3 feet to 7 feet in length. Keep in mind that this type of post is measured in total length, and you have to drive them into the ground at least 1 foot, so your exposed post is 1 foot less than total length. We ordered the 3 foot set, so our working height will be 2 feet tall. This is pretty short for yard separation or keeping a medium or larger dog contained, but you can still manage to keep the critters out of the garden or away from some new plantings with the shorter length. Depending on your fencing material, a 2-foot-tall post could still support a rigid wire fence up to 3 feet tall. The punched studded hooks will capture the wire material of your fencing and can be left as is or crimped over for a permanent installation. You can also secure the fencing with zip ties or short lengths of bailing wire. There are also punched holes in the post to accommodate this type of connection. The green painted steel is well covered with the color and there were no visible signs of bare metal. The posts are a standard gauge for these types. With spring just around the corner, we will be using these to protect the new trees that get planted in a few months. The deer are always hungry. ... show more

  • No complaints, just what I was looking for
Size: 3 Feet
I've had a few 3' stakes/U-posts similar to these circulating around my place for quite a few years. I've found about every way to break/bend/damage them via various misuses and it was time for some new ones. These seem almost identical to the ones I've been using for years as far as thickness, holes, and studs, so I am sure they're going to work great for my needs - usually supporting plants or holding up tomato cages or homemade trellises. While these seem to be the same thickness as my old stakes, if they were much longer I would want them to be heavier gauge steel. These are sturdy enough to drive in the ground, but still bend pretty easily. Not much of a problem at 3' though. The seller claims to offer these in longer lengths and those are what is shown in several of their images. As long as you know that a 3' stake is only going to stick up 2' out of the ground, I don't think you will be disappointed with these. The $50 price for 10 seemed a little steep to me at first, but I did some looking and that's comparable to the home improvement/garden stores' prices. With Prime delivery to your door, that could make these a decent value for sure. ... show more

  • Solid but Short
Size: 3 Feet
I ordered these to reinforce a current fence and for that it works well. They are sturdy metal posts, and have a piece to step on to sink into the ground without using a post hole driver of some sort. However, these are three feet total, not three feet of above ground post. So I do think the use of these is limited a bit, and you'll want to keep that in mind if you are fencing off animals. Most of our livestock and dogs can easily get over the 2 feet length. ... show more

  • Good set of metal fence posts
Size: 4 Feet
This is a good set of metal fence posts. It has some weight to it, but not overly heavy for the size. The paint completely covers the metal surface to prevent rusting and seems thick enough to handle minor wear and tear. I've had it out for over a week in rainy weather and it seems to hold up well. My soil isn't compacted (and now wet with rain), so I'm not sure this can stand against a strong animal pushing against it, but it's been able to stand up well against the wind and rain so far. ... show more

  • Sturdy T-Post
Size: 3 Feet
I am looking for some T-Posts to protect my garden beds from Rabbits. These 3 ft T-Posts are the perfect solution for that. These are sturdy, soft and easy to drive them into the ground. I have used these T-Posts with a hardware cloth with 1 feet of the post in the ground and 2 ft above ground.

  • The stakiest sturdy steel stakes for staking fencing
Size: 3 Feet
Okay, so it's hard to get too uber-excited about some steel u-posts, right? Unless or until you're struggling to get your floppy wire mesh or cable to stay put with wood stakes that rot, plastic stakes that break, or "metal" stakes that bend and wobble. Well here you go! Your problems are all solved - unless you need a fence higher than 3', in which case this stakes work just fine but you'll need longer ones. I'm using this in a desperate attempt to keep beaver from hopping a berm between a wetlands stream and my wildlife pond, so these are the perfect height for a discreet fence-line woven between streamside dogwood bushes. They're sturdy, steel, stakey, and hold the hardware cloth just fine. Pricing-wise they're about on par with big box stores but not hugely cheaper... so just consider the benefit that these magically show up at your doorstep in an Amazon van and when you consider the time-savings you can probably call it even. ... show more

  • These work great for a garden or a small fence
Size: 3 Feet
These 3' T post are pretty decent. With only 3' total length that puts about 1' in the ground meaning the usable are is only 2'. I'm using these as a barrier to keep small animals out of my garden area and these work great for that. The paint looks good and pretty typical for T post. Structurally these are thinner than a full size T post but they are still sturdy. The ends are blunt and can be a bit of an issue when trying to drive these into the ground. A post pounder would be a bit hard to use on these as they are so close to the ground and dont provide a large area as a guide. A small sledge will work great to drive these in if you dont have rocky soil. At 50$ these are bit overpriced as you can get 10 full size 7' post at 61$ where i live which may be more but your also getting larger post. I probably wouldnt buy these as the big box stores offer larger ones at a cheaper price. ... show more

  • Heavy duty
Size: 3 Feet
These metal fence posts are very well made and they feel heavy duty. The coating is done well as well. However, make sure the height is good enough for your project because if you order 3 feet posts you will get only 2 feet of usable height sticking above the ground. It could be fine for some small fencing around garden beds or something like that, but not good enough for proper fencing. They are also not cheap, but the quality is good. ... show more
