I needed to make a gate for my chicken coop and this thing was exactly what I needed. I kicked around the idea of welding up my own gate and buying the hardware but I believe this was actually cheaper for everything included than I could have even done building it myself. And this was much quicker. You need to be able to think for yourself on how to put this together because the instructions are pretty terrible.

Not so impressed especially when compared to other brands.. not a bad product and sturdy build but only if you gate is around 3’. Options were cumbersome and just not a quick put together and go.. it takes too much time and is clumsy..

Where to start? The instructions are pitiful. Anything but thorough. The hardware is probably useful for something, but not in the assembly of this frame. Holes are drilled incorrectly when they are drilled at all. The powder coating is poor. If you are comfortable using the parts to engineer your application, go for it. I'm currently using my dremel tool to make the hinges mountable. Two stars because I feel generous today.
