I am very pleased with these gel inserts. They are of very good quality, comfortable to wear and provide a nice natural lift. I recently lost some weight which unfortunately decreased my bust size even further. These gel inserts provided the perfect filler/lift. I have tried a couple of other products but they were not the quality of these and did not provide the look and feel that I was looking for. I am now ordering a second set. I also like that they come with an attractive storage pouch which is well made and protects them. I am 5'6" tall, a size 36 AA, 110 lbs and a medium was the perfect size for me. By the way, they look exactly like the picture that is advertised. Hope this review helps.

This is an excellent product. The silicone is soft and supple just like a normal breast. The insert has a thin layer of material that keeps it in shape. My bra size is between an A and B cup. A is too tight for me and a B is too loose. When I use the insert in my B cup bra it fills the spaces just right. There is kind of a”clammy” feeling against the skin and some people may find it uncomfortable, however I don’t feel it’s problem that’s why I give it 5 stars. On the contrary I found the insert to stay in place without tape. If you are in between cup sizes you will find this product will suit your needs well. I’m not sure if those with a C cup or D will find it useful.

I found these didn't do much by themselves, although they did more them the other 2 inserts I had tried. I am a more mature woman, 63 years young, and do to age have lost the firmness and fullness of my breasts. I workout at gym 3-4 times a week as well as at home on none gym days, so I am very fit, toned and trim. When I go out with my husband I like to dress tastefully yet sexy. I also still wear a bikini. However, I have found in the last few years I am no longer a D cup but inbetween a C and D cup. A C cup is too small yet I don't fill out a D cup especially at the top. My bikini is an underwire pushup top in a D cup and I now need some help getting my breasts to fill out the cups and give some cleavage. These did not do much by themselves in achieving this, but I had ordered 2 other inserts as well to try and see which worked the best, neither of them did much either. None of the 3 brands I tried helped my breasts fill out the top of the cup. So I tried placing these inserts inside cloth pad inserts for added umph. Boy! what a difference that made! Fantastic lift and very nice cleavage. Breasts looked full and plump in bikini top. So, I rated a 4 as these did not work for me by themselves but in combo with another insert did a fantastic job!

Do not listed to the sizing. If you are a B cup or smaller C cup, get the smaller size. These things were massive! I’m a 34 B. It gave 0 push up. These are also HEAVY. I really only foresee these working with a bra, something with an underwire. Didn’t work with any tight tops. They just slowly started falling.

After losing about 15 lbs and and realizing that I went from an A-cup to...practically flat-chested (a trade-off that is 100% worth it!), it recently occurred to me that tops and dresses didn't look quite as proportional and flattering on me as they used to. As someone who is runs, hikes and lifts weights, having smaller breasts is actually an advantage in terms of finding sports bras that fit and not dealing with bounce issues. However, when wearing regular clothing, it recently occurred to me that the disproportionate loss of breast fat made my upper body look less proportional. So, I got these to essentially replace the fat I lost in my boobs. Cheaper, safer, easier than surgery (a huge understatement). My biggest concern was that they might not work in the soft cami-type bras I wear - this one, specifically: https://www.amazon.com/Blue-55-Womens-Everyday-Bralette/dp/B01LWVZ5ZG. I had read the reviews for these particular inserts, and didn't see anyone mention that they worked in these types of bras. But, they do! Never any issues with them slipping around, or worse, falling out. They are soft, comfortable, and I forget I'm wearing them. They restored my natural breast shape. I obviously do not wear them with sports bras when lifting or running - that seems absurd to me for many reasons, so I can't comment on how they'd handle a sweaty workout (not well is my guess). For reference, I'm 53, 5'6", a muscular 120 lbs and now wear a 34" bra, and as I said above, these bumped me back up to an A-cup, possibly a small B-cup. I love that they came in a soft drawstring pouch; I keep it in my gym bag to store them when I'm lifting.

Ok these are the size large, and I have to say, I really like them. Extremely comfy but they are heavy. I actually forget they are there sometimes. I used to have perfect round breast but after children they are like deflated balloons. Don’t laugh, I’m serious. But these give me back some shape and fullness in tighter tops. And it makes me feel really good. I haven’t tried in a swimsuit. They do seem heavy for a swimsuit so I’m not sure how that would work but this is the size large. I’m a 32c and around 100 lbs. very petite and I think it still looks nice on me. I’m wearing a Victoria secret bra with very little padding in this photo. I recommend placing the silicone pads almost under your boob, in a bra, to get the full lifted look. I would recommend to a friend for fullness and roundness, not the best for lift but still a great product. They are not sticky at all, and have a really cute bag to store them in.
