Ok these are the size large, and I have to say, I really like them. Extremely comfy but they are heavy. I actually forget they are there sometimes. I used to have perfect round breast but after children they are like deflated balloons. Don’t laugh, I’m serious. But these give me back some shape and fullness in tighter tops. And it makes me feel really good. I haven’t tried in a swimsuit. They do seem heavy for a swimsuit so I’m not sure how that would work but this is the size large. I’m a 32c and around 100 lbs. very petite and I think it still looks nice on me. I’m wearing a Victoria secret bra with very little padding in this photo. I recommend placing the silicone pads almost under your boob, in a bra, to get the full lifted look. I would recommend to a friend for fullness and roundness, not the best for lift but still a great product. They are not sticky at all, and have a really cute bag to store them in.

I found these didn't do much by themselves, although they did more them the other 2 inserts I had tried. I am a more mature woman, 63 years young, and do to age have lost the firmness and fullness of my breasts. I workout at gym 3-4 times a week as well as at home on none gym days, so I am very fit, toned and trim. When I go out with my husband I like to dress tastefully yet sexy. I also still wear a bikini. However, I have found in the last few years I am no longer a D cup but inbetween a C and D cup. A C cup is too small yet I don't fill out a D cup especially at the top. My bikini is an underwire pushup top in a D cup and I now need some help getting my breasts to fill out the cups and give some cleavage. These did not do much by themselves in achieving this, but I had ordered 2 other inserts as well to try and see which worked the best, neither of them did much either. None of the 3 brands I tried helped my breasts fill out the top of the cup. So I tried placing these inserts inside cloth pad inserts for added umph. Boy! what a difference that made! Fantastic lift and very nice cleavage. Breasts looked full and plump in bikini top. So, I rated a 4 as these did not work for me by themselves but in combo with another insert did a fantastic job!

Do not listed to the sizing. If you are a B cup or smaller C cup, get the smaller size. These things were massive! I’m a 34 B. It gave 0 push up. These are also HEAVY. I really only foresee these working with a bra, something with an underwire. Didn’t work with any tight tops. They just slowly started falling.

I ordered these to help improve my confidence following breast cancer surgery and a required reduction. They are as described by the seller. They stick to your skin on their own due to their silicone texture. They work best in a well-fitting bra and are comfortable to wear. I had no problems with them shifting or coming out of the bra. I would suggest to those who state they've had issues with these to try them with an underwire push-up type of bra. That being said, we are all different shapes and sizes. I am a tall person and generally wear a size medium or large and always buy tall clothes. I am average weight for my height. These are just too small for me as a person. They give a push-up effect but do nothing to add size. If I were a petite person, these would add a couple of sizes. That's why you see varied reviews. I plan to keep these and use them for their push-up effect. They are comfortable and they heat up to your body temperature. They look natural as they conform to your bra and the shape of your anatomy. Overall, I like them. They just do not add much size for me, but I like the push-up effect and they work well with my low-cut underwire bras.

I am very pleased with these gel inserts. They are of very good quality, comfortable to wear and provide a nice natural lift. I recently lost some weight which unfortunately decreased my bust size even further. These gel inserts provided the perfect filler/lift. I have tried a couple of other products but they were not the quality of these and did not provide the look and feel that I was looking for. I am now ordering a second set. I also like that they come with an attractive storage pouch which is well made and protects them. I am 5'6" tall, a size 36 AA, 110 lbs and a medium was the perfect size for me. By the way, they look exactly like the picture that is advertised. Hope this review helps.

I got the largest size, and they worked really well for me (I wear 34D for comparison) as far as shape and lift were concerned. I was actually really happy with the results I got from these. There was no adhesive, they didn’t move around too much in my bra, they feel and look similar to a real breast when they are in, and they gave me the size and lift I was really looking for. I wore them for two days in a row, and on the first day I did have some itchiness that I chose to overlook. The second day I wore them, the itchiness occurred again, but it was more intense. When I took them out at the end of the day, I noticed I had blisters all over the under side of my breasts.... It has now been a few days of not wearing them, and I still have the irritation and blisters. My skin is not usually sensitive, so this is pretty alarming for me. As much as I would love to wear these again, my skin really does not agree with that. It seems there are other women who have had similar issues, so for that, I am giving two stars. I have washed the inserts thoroughly, and once my blisters are healed I will give them one last try. If that does the trick, then I will update my review.
