While the waist clincher is well made the measurements are definitely off. I ordered a small, which was very much in line with my measurements. The only way I could even zip it up was with my husband pulling and me attempting to get the ends together. Finally we were able to get it zipped. The only problem was….I couldn’t breathe. I stood it for about 30 seconds, and then we struggled to hold it together enough to get a bit of slack to enable unzipping. It was a workout in itself! I really don’t thing a medium would be sufficiently large to fit. All in all a failure, and as soon as I can get to UPS it’s going back.

This is a nice waist trainer. It's hard to find a tall one that covers your whole stomach that doesn't have corset boning so that's a nice feature. Im a true medium and ordered a medium. It was originally so tight I had to lie down and get help to zip it. After about 3 weeks it has loosened some/done its job to where it now fits me very comfortably. I took away one star bc there is not help in zipping it up. The zipper is tiny, and when you're struggling to zip something up that's already super tight you need to be able to really grip the zipper and it's just so small. It would also be nice if there was a small hook at the top that held the waist trainer closed while you were trying to zip it. I took away a second star because the band that wraps around is loosing the rough side of it's Velcro and is no longer staying attached. As soon as I bend or squat it comes unattached and just hangs there. I guess I'm going to have to cut them off. I ordered it in March and it is June 5, so I expected more longevity than that.

I am 210lbs and 5’8”. My waist is small so I got a L and I really think I could have done a M for the extra snug.. I had an older one that was a L so I just got another L as a replacement. Anyway, the old one to me was too long and my torso is normal to even on the longer side. This new one is even longer. It’s all the way up under my boobs and a tad uncomfortable. The trainer itself is well made and very good material just why so long. A good 1 inch shorter would be perfect. I still wear it though. It’s not that uncomfortable for me to not wear it. So this is my 2nd one my first one I had to throw away, however this belt does work really well. Iit’s comfortable enough to wear all day if you get the correct size. I’m 5’9 and weigh 186. I will see how this works with my work outs and stomach wraps and I’ll update y’all in 30 days. I will say this the all black extends over the pubic bone so I will say if you are going to wear it long term wear with underwear because when you sit down the way the bottom is shaped it can cut into your pelvic area from the rubbing, when I say cut into your skin I do not mean it will cause bleeding but if you bruise easily like my self. I have a quarter size bruise from the rubbing so be mindful of that. Enjoy

This item was great quality but the sizing was off. I am a large/Xl and wanted something to suck my stomach in while I shedded pounds. I couldn’t even get this item over my stomach. I end up getting one from Walmart instead that sucks me in for $12.

Imade mistake of getting my usual size for sinchers. I hot it on but honestly b reathing wasn't an option . Great product though made durable nice strong zipper. Nothing worse then buying waste cincher and it arrives you put it on the zipper breaks. But had it fit me I would have been doing kartwheels because I love this cincher. I put it on but couldnt breath. I cried.
