this waist trainer will snatch you tf up and its very comfortable. it literally slims you, period like you can wear it under clothes and nobody would even notice you had a waist band on (unless you told them) and i dont really sweat much in it but if you workout with this on im sure you will be sweating. the velcro on this band is very strong as well it definitely holds up and it covers the whole abdominal area when wearing thats why it's soooo long. but i DEFINITELY recommend. ... show more

This is too short for a plus size woman. You have to pull it in order to fasten it. It’s too tight! Don’t get me wrong it’s good for the strength and money spent on it. It’s so tight I couldn’t enjoy it. I took it off. I’ll try to wear it to exercise in but there’s no way I could sit around in this all day long. I am 5’9 220 lbs I hold a minority of my weight in my midsection and I usually don’t buy the banded waist trainers because of this exact reason … I was really hopeful because of how many positive reviews their are and maybe I’m doing this wrong but I don’t think so hahaha I cannot just wear this and live my daily life I would need something wrapped around it to not look like a can of busy biscuits …. I can’t even sit at my gaming station without it completely rolling up the front and sides . It’s very durable and very stretchy I actually love the product quality 10/10 I just wish it had a little for width. Maybe I’m too big for the band that I got but I left my weight and height up for anyone curious about my body size for this product like I said I am not small but I had really high hopes ... show more

True to size and color! I love this item because it wraps you from top to bottom nicely and you can adjust it to fit you tighter as you lose weight. My only thing is’ I use it for work and so unwrapping it to go to the restroom can be a challenge. I recommend strictly gym or leisure use.
