I'll start by saying these headphones are amazing, premium quality for a fraction of the price. Decent base (not ear tickling but still good) and the volume is outstanding. They come in a fancy charging case that lets you see the light of the headphones through the top. The case also has a little indicator in the center for it's battery life. They have two modes, Music mode, for use without the dongle and Gaming mode, for connecting to consoles. They are a gamers best friend. If you're a fan of the Nintedo Switch, these are the headphones for you as they come with a usb-c dongle to pair your headphones to for ease of use and functional portability, as well as an adapter for usb-a for docking your switch or for comfortable use on any home console with a usb-a port. Turtle Beach true wireless gaming headphones such as the Stealth 600 and 700 gen 2 have a reccuring issue with the short lifespan of the usb dongle, so far these have not suffered from that issue and connect quickly and switch modes seamlessly. if you get these in they sit comfortably in your ears but they definitely were meant for console/mobile not really pc. after I got them I immediately hooked them up to my computer thinking it would take a long process to setup but no they worked from the start, only issue was that it was buggy at first meaning it would cut out sometimes and quickly switch to mono audio but after about 2 hours of dealing with it they worked themselves out. 10/10 earbuds and the audio is great ... show more

After seeking to move away from headphones, I decided to look into the world of earbuds for gaming. These earbuds were suggested to me, because my motherboard didn't support bluetooth. The USB and USB-C connection device was the biggest selling point for me and one that definitely nailed it down as the earbuds of choice for me. From meetings to music to games, these earbuds have better sound quality than most other buds. Considering the limitations of earbuds, these do damn fine and haven't degraded at all. However... I have encountered an issue where the earbuds will occasionally, I guess, switch between mono and stereo or temporarily lose connection for 0.5s to 1s. It's rare though, happening no more than once every hour or so. For some people this may seem like a big issue, but to be honest I found it was a downside I was willing to contend with when compared to the plethora of issues I've face with other brands. The battery last a good amount of time, something like 8 hours. I'm on the computer most of the day, and I can honestly say that having a second pair for a quick transition, is a pretty good fix for the typical earbud problem of limited battery life. I have a 4star on the comfort due to the nature of having earbuds in your ears. It took me a while to get used to it, but now I can honestly say that they are fine. Comfortable? Not in my eyes, but then again that's on me as the only product that will result in a 5 star for comfort will beam noise directly into my brain. I will say, I was sent an extra pair free of charge due to the technical issues I encountered. The sellers customer service here on amazon was quick, helpful and receptive to my issues. That combined with a 1 year warranty, soothes any fear of product failure that I have. I went through many different ear buds before landing on these bad boys. The bass is on point, the highs are on point, more expensive earbuds can't touch these. You can spend a bunch of money if you want, but why waste it when you can get the same quality for a fraction of the price? From gaming to mixing music, these will be my go to for now on. Update: these randomly shut off (“powering off”). I cannot depend on them during Zoom meetings. Too bad. Struggled to find wireless ear buds to use with work laptop since Bluetooth is not permitted. Found these and it came with the USB converter dongle to plug in dock and the USB charger for the ear bud case. It took me a few tries to figure out why they kept powering off while in use…the touch control on the buds is VERY sensitive. It came with three sizes of bud covers and I had to use the smallest and wish it was a bit smaller but works okay. They do tend to get loose in the ears when eating or chewing. I can live with that. Asked for feedback on some Zoom calls and was told the quality was great. Listening is also very clear. I recommend as a good value. ... show more

Wearing these long-term make my ears ache unlike other earbuds, but the sound isn't so bad so I'm keeping them until I can get something different.
