This back brace is so useful to me. It If I'm doing work that uses my back, carrying heavy things, ladder work, carpentry, drywall, painting..., I always use this brace. It really helps protect my back from twists and strains, which will always cause problems later. The brace keeps my back aligned properly while working and gives support which seems to prevent injury. If you ever have your back go out you know what I mean when I say it is to be avoided at all costs! The lumbar support is a great addition. I've tried other back support belts but this one works.

This is a great lumbar support. Due to a broken L-1, I am in a bulky brace when sitting or standing. I do not have to wear it at night, but getting in/out of bed has been painful. I ordered this lightweight brace and it is helping me tremendously. I put it on to get into bed and then I undo the Velcro, leaving it in place under me as I sleep. When it is time to get up, I fasten it again to give me support as I get out of bed. I am so glad I ordered this lightweight brace.

I am a 45 year old woman, and in good shape. I have struggled after the birth of my daughter (18 years ago) with left hip pain. She was a very large baby but the way. I have always felt like my left side has never been as strong after her birthday. Most recently, I did ALOT of work in my backyard, and boy, did I mess up my back. I try to walk daily on my walking pas, but I could barely do that. My hip and entire lower back were in such pain. Even walking my dog daily hurt. I finally decided to look at braces to aide in my healing. I went back and forth trying to research and read reviews. I finally pulled the trigger on this one. I must say, o am EXTREMELY impressed and happy with this purchase. It has taken away pain and I will use it Everytime I walk on my walking pas for extra support, in addition to, doing yard work or anything physical around my house. I have never used a back brace before, but this has been a GOD send for me. I highly recommend.

This is a great brace, but it has a design issue that surfaces over time. As you can see in the attached photo, the end of the Velcro strap CURLS UP over time making it very difficult for one surface of the Velcro to stick to other surface. I’ve had wear a belt OVER the back brace just to keep it closed. The end of the strap should not have been made with a material that curls up over time. I sent an email a couple of weeks ago about the issue without any response. Also, there company link within Amazon does not work. Too bad, it worked great for a while…

BEST BRACE EVER. Husband needed a new brace for multiple back issues! He is now in his comfort zone!! Moving quite well and even picked up a few gardening tools. Brace is true to size, if you following the directions. Seems like very good quality. It might even save him from a dreaded surgery. BTW: Velcro on this one is the BEST.

I needed a replacement for my old (like decades-old) copper-infused back support brace, and this one floated to the top of the recommendations/reviews. (Actually, I started with the older Featol one, but it apparently had a supply issue, so when Amazon refunded that order, I switched to this newer one.) It's more substantial than the old one - wider (top to bottom), with multiple layers, and with the metal lumbar support - and that seems to result in more support for my back. I found the instructions a little mystifying, but actually getting the belt on and adjusted was actually a snap. It does take a bit of muscle to get the velcro to let go when you want to tighten or loosen one of the belt ends; but that aside it wasn't hard to figure out. And once on, it was immediately comfortable and my back was notably less tight, right away. I notice that the aluminum insert seems to prompt me to stand straighter, too, which also helps. The one issue I have is that it does seem to get warm rather quickly. Not unbearably when I'm not moving a lot; but I think I will continue to use the older one when I'm doing anything physical especially outside in the summertime. Otherwise, this is a recommended product for those with lower back problems. (Muscle-related, that is - if your spine itself is the issue, then see a physician!)
