I realize not all refurbished items will be in the same condition, but the A14 5G I received is like new. I couldn't find a single blemish on the phone and it functions perfectly. It is also unlocked just as advertised. It's not only compatible with our service, but worked without any issue or need for activation as soon as I inserted the SIM card from my old Motorola. There is likely a slight decrease in battery life, but nothing I can confirm since it lasts very well. The seller also included a charger and cable. The charger works well. In spite of being generic it's an adaptive fast charger and it does, in fact, trigger fast charging on the phone. That's something even the higher powered chargers we have lying around do not do. The cable is one of those plastic-y ones that isn't particularly flexible but it worked just fine until I replaced it. ... show more

Title: Excellent Budget Smartphone – Great Value for the Price! I’ve been using the Samsung Galaxy A14 5G for a while now, and I’m honestly very impressed with what it offers for the price. The phone looks modern and feels solid in the hand, with a nice large display that’s perfect for watching videos, browsing social media, and everyday use. The screen is bright and clear, and the size makes everything easier to see without feeling too bulky. Performance has been smooth for my daily tasks like calls, messages, apps, banking, and streaming. It handles multitasking better than I expected for a budget-friendly device. The 5G connectivity is also a big plus—it provides fast internet speeds when I’m out and about, which makes streaming and downloads much quicker. The battery life is one of my favorite features. It easily lasts me a full day (and sometimes more) without needing to recharge, even with regular use. That’s a huge advantage if you’re busy or travel often. Charging time is reasonable, and I like not having to worry about carrying a charger everywhere. The camera does a really good job for the price range. Photos come out sharp in good lighting, and the different camera modes are fun to use. It’s great for casual pictures, social media posts, and video calls. Setup was simple, the phone came unlocked, and it worked perfectly with my carrier. I've sadly had a horrible experience with this seller. I purchased 2 phones for Christmas. Had to send both back for being defective. A lot of glitches and frozen screen. After I received the 2 replacements, one was completely wonky, the other glitches from time to time. I sent the wonky one back and they sent me yet another phone... this time, it's not stable on network connection. It works sometimes but most of the time, nope. I've checked the Sim, called the carrier and they informed me it's on the phones end. Must be something in the background of how they set up the unlocked phone. Sadly I'll be returning and being that I can't find this exact phone from another seller, I hope to get a replacement that finally works. I paid for excellent condition. I hope they make this right and so I could update my review. Could just be terrible luck. ... show more

I received the phone and it was in great condition, no scratches and it was clean. Looked new to me. The real test was using it and seeing how it run and I wasn't disappointed, it run smooth, it downloaded an app in 3 seconds to start and that's the fastest download I've ever had on any phone I've had. The graphics and screen is amazing. It doesn't run hot even while charging and using it. Great quality for the price. I would rate it 5 out of 5 but there's one slight problem which I'm really having an issue with, almost put 3 stars because this is no small feat, after powering on it only stays connected to the network for so long before it stops reading the sim. But it is refurbished and there's no telling what all had to be fixed on it. It's probably a hardware issue but if push comes to shove I'll make sure I have the correct firmware and flash the firmware back on there to see if it is the software that's the issue. I dont know if they put new firmware on it when they refurbish it or not but it's simple. I thought about sending it back because of how much it disconnects but I'll just keep turning it off and back on to get it to reboot reading it. Overall it is a very good phone for the price that I payed and it's years newer than my old cracked phone. 8/10 rating overall 4/5 stars ... show more
