I have a 7 lb cat - not really very big, so this tree should have been sufficient, however, I often find it turned over and, the sides of the top bed are not reinforced - just the material, so my cat doesn't have anything to support her while she sleeps. I wouldn't by again - it might work for a 3 lb kitten. ... show more

I think its a great starter cat scratch house. My kitten is having fun playing on it. It could of came with some thread lock on some of the bolts. As the cat plays some of the posts are backing out. I just hand tightened them.

It’s nice but smaller (shorter) than I expected. That’s my fault. I should have measured it before purchasing it. Unfortunately, my cat won’t use it (she’s weird) so I’ll probably be rehoming it.

The media could not be loaded. I was looking for a small cat tower with lots of hidey places and some activities that might be fun for my rattie boys. This one looked like it might fit the bill and I was right! I already had two other pieces that fit with this one nicely to really spruce up their play area. The boys loved it! Rats have tiny claws that are just as sharp as cats and they also love to play in a similar fashion. I used one of my ramps to give them another way to climb up and that was a hit. The boys didn’t have any trouble climbing up to all the levels once they got comfortable with the play tower. I also have a full grown cat and he tried to play with it after I set it up, before I showed it to the rats, and it was really too small for him. He weighs about 12 lbs. It would be a great play area for kittens, but it is a little small for full grown cats unless they are small kitties. I think it would work well for ferrets too. ... show more

It came as expected and was easy enough to assemble. It’s a good quality product for the money. After I put it together and placed it by the window so the cats would be interested in jumping on it, my two 1-1/2 year old cats sniffed it for a minute, checked the interior of the bottom part and that was it! I left it there for 3 days and no interest at all. I then moved it and put it next to my home made cat tree to see if maybe they would want to climb on to scratch against my tree but they couldn’t care less. I believe they might have used it and enjoy it if they had gotten it as kittens. ... show more
