as with the Go pet50x26x72 ( which I owned 2 of)..it's easy to assemble..sturdy..good price.. And allows a left to right climb or decent vs a totem pole style that gets older cats hurt.. Diff is that the top beds have very squishy bolstered edges so they hold them in but they can rest head or arms over them w comfort.. It is overall more plush and they seem to dig that the box part is actually stretchy fabric held up w pokes so they can spread out more My cats are plump and plumper ( 5 total) .. Both of towers have comfortable beds for bigger cats though the towers are smaller than box portions.. As with the other tower , I decided to leave off the upper ones since 4 of them are geriatric..this actually creates a larger platform area as well as shortening.. This one is sooo cushy i took the unused bed and put it in a chewy.com box and it is loved! I had just bought the other tower for the downstairs apt ladies ( stepdad who passed).. And they loved that also but a trip to the vet caused a flea fest so I decided to throw it out and try this.. Both are nice .. Both are sturdy.. Both are well priced.. For younger cats you might get more out of the larger.. But smaller space and older these cushy beds can't be beat.. Both look great in room! And Yes.. Both towers wobble slightly when they go barreliing up or down but neither fall over and honestly you're prob gonna put it against a slider or wall anyway... And as an aside.. Watching Jackson galaxy i have learned.. Don't bother to put a nice tower in that bedroom you don't use.. They wanna be near the family so pick one for the living room! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I bought this as a Christmas present. The kitty sat by me and played with the different parts of the tree as they were built. She’s not usually this responsive so quickly, but the second I took the pieces out of the box she was instantly attracted to it. My cat is huge. She’s obese, (she is on a diet, I thought she was just a large cat!) The tree holds and fits her very well. She has a private place to hide, the scratching posts are throughout the tree, which she loves. And she loves the hanging jingle ball toys that come with it. Another important thing about this tree is, it looks expensive. It’s high quality. I wanted a tree that looked good, and not an eye sore. So it fits well in the decor. It looks like the photos only better. I took a picture of the base for reference. It’s so soft and pretty! It was easy to build. You have to find the holes to put the screws in, which are pre done for easy placement. The screws pop through the material. I like this because it assures the platforms look complete. I imagine it also protects those parts from fraying, too, which could happen if they were fully pre cut. The only reason I’m including that detail is because the thought behind the engineering assured high quality and thought. Not just a “make it and get it out there!” In conclusion, the tree is 1. Beautiful & fits well with the decor of my home. 2. The cat loves it. 3. It holds my fat cat on all sections. 4. There are plenty of “cat things” to do on the tree. Such as scratching everywhere, toys, hiding, sitting and staring out the window (or at me.) 5. She uses it a lot and is super happy and excited. It’s so cute! ... show more

All 4 of the cats love it, it took a minute for the white cat to want to get on it (even with a little catnip on the attached toys, see orange cats face). They have been taking turns on it constantly since we put it together last night. The cats are between 3 months and 2.5 years old so it is perfect for them. We needed a way for the 3 month old to get his energy out and as you can see they are all having a great time on it. Please ignore the house mess but I wanted to show how tall it really is. The one cat did sneeze some after rolling around on it and my husband did some too while putting it together so you may want to let the box air out for a minute when you open it. It is probably because it is a lot of soft fabric. It doesn't have a chemical smell. The scratchers are a lot better quality than they look in the product photo. I have 3 cats weighing 10-12 pounds. The use ALL features of this well designed cat tree every day, even the little platform. They especially like the two top beds and the covered house and frequently scratch the sisal rope areas. Overall I am satisfied with this purchase but there are some quality concerns. The assembly was pretty easy and straightforward; however each post relies on just one screw and the they have become a little wambly in less than a year. The sides of the beds also don't hold their structure and have flattened out. That said, the cats still jump and sleep on them every day and don't appear at risk of falling out. The main drawback is that the entire cladding is made from fleece material over a hard surface. The soft fleece platforms make very nice beds. However, if the cats try to climb the posts or pull themselves up onto the platform, their claws cannot grip this thin material. Previous cat trees I've had use a carpet material and cats can climb this much better. As a result, this tree has become much more of a lounge platform than a climbing and exercising apparatus. The cats still play with each other from the various perches. They jump from place to place (rather than climbing) and have adjusted to the lack of grip. There are some benefits to the fleece. The fleece is more attractive than carpet and easy to vacuum. It is also lighter than carpet making even this tall structure fairly easy to move. I just wish I had known before I bought it. To the manufacturer- If at least the 2 horizontal platforms could have padding or be carpet then the cats could climb and jump better. ... show more

I got this for my cat a while back, and it is his favorite thing ever. I have two beds for him, one of them is on this tree, and the other is on my desk. Whenever I'm not with him, or I'm not at my desk, he sleeps on the tree. He uses it every morning as a scratch post and he loves the little bell attached balls to it. Added ontop of all of that, the tree is very sturdy, seems durable, and very easy to build. 10/10 would recommend. ... show more
