I ordered this chair for a Christmas present the first thing I noticed while putting it together putting on the arm rest u have to play with the screw piece to attach it what should have took 5 mins to put the armrest on took 15mins also the chair doesn’t sit up high like most chairs it sits very low like the chair is for a kid only as well as turning it is like trying to drag a bag of bricks it’s very hard to turn now the unfortunate part is it’s put together and it’s to much a hassle to take apart to request for a refund ... show more

Product came broken and by the time I opened it, it's too late to return. Outside of that, it functioned fine. I ended up buying a different one with a 5.5" lift instead of the 4" here. I'd look elsewhere, personally.
