I didn’t have any problems with parts, the included tools, and the cat tree itself was nice, soft, and really good quality for a really great price, compared to the $189.99 for a 67 inch tree. It’s a perfect height for my windows, my cat loves sleeping in the hidey-holes. It’s light enough to easily move around to a different window for a different view, and actually compliments the living space. I didn’t have any problems with parts, the included tools, and the cat tree itself was nice, soft, and really good quality for a really great price, compared to the same size cat tree at our local pet store. It’s a perfect height for our room, my cat loves sleeping in the hidey-holes. It’s light enough to easily move around to a different spots in our room. My 8.5 lb cat loves it! She was urinating in the corner so we figured we’d put a cat tree there and she hasn’t left it in the past hour! She played on it and plays pretty rough and it was sturdy enough, but if your cat is bigger than 15 lb and plays rough not too sure how it would hold, and the top is small as you can see in the picture. My kitten loves this. Sheus climbing all over it andhanging from it. It looks great. However it was a major pain to assemble. Carpeting wouldn’t stay over holes so had to do a lot of searching to find them. The hardest part was inserting the bolts from inside the hide houses. Couldn’t see the holes at all. Once a bolt was started couldn’t see to insert thr Allen wrench in the center of the bolts top. Twist a couple of times and the wrench would fall out and have to repeat the search. It seemed like a great value, was easy to assemble and the cats loved it - but it only lasted 6 months. The top part they love to lay on broke off, scared all involved. It is probably better to invest in a more expensive one so it is solid. We have 2 cats, they are both under 1 year.

My cats hated this item. The product was great but when they jumped on it the tall poles wiggled a little naturally and scared them and yes all the bolts were extremely tight. Just know if your cats are the nervous type they might not like it. My friend bought it from me and her cats LOVE it!

For the price I give it 4 stars. If it were any more expensive it would be 3. The assembly was very straight forward and only took about 30 minutes. It is a cheap cat tree and with that in mind it’s pretty nice. All of the hardware went together well and all the holes lined up. As other reviews suggest. This tree is suited for smaller cats. The lower hide is very small, roughly a 9” cube, while the upper hide is 9” deep, 9” high, and 20” long. My cat is a year old and around 6lbs so definitely on the smaller side and he enjoys the larger hide. The poles that support the upper perches seem to have some flex to them but do support his weight. I will be looking to add a weight of some sort to the base to secure the tree for when he jumps to and from it. Overall for the price, it’s a decent product. ... show more
