Initially when I bought it, I thought I might need a box underneath for the car bed, but once I got this 8” mattress placed and laid in it, my God! It feels so good, way beyond my expectations! The mattress seems great. It just doesn’t fit very well on top of the headboard. We bought a new headboard with it and the sizing of the mattresses off so I don’t know whether it’s the headboard that we got with drawers underneath it or the actual mattress itself. But the mattress is nice. I’ve slept in it and it’s really comfortable actually.
