I got a 14" mattress because some of the reviews said that their mattresses did not expand to the full thickness, but mine got to the full 14" within a couple of days after unboxing. I would have been happy with just a 12" if I had known, however I don't regret my purchase. It's a great quality mattress with just the right firmness to be comfortable. I don't get back or body aches upon waking up and it supports me well even when I lay or sit on the very edge. I also love that I don't notice so much now when my husband turns or shifts position while sleeping unlike when we had a spring mattress where I felt every movement. We have been using it for a month now and I don’t feel hot sleeping on it, just very comfortable. There was a very faint smell when we removed the plastic cover upon unboxing which I think can be expected of a product that has been compressed in plastic for a while, however the smell disappeared after a few hours. We unboxed in the morning and slept on it that night. I debated between buying this or the Zinus Greentea mattress but I'm glad I chose this because the price is cheaper and the quality is comparable or even better, depending on your firmness preference. I think this mattress is a tad bit more firm whereas the Zinus tends to sag more when you sit on the edge. I know because my daughter just bought the Zinus Greentea mattress before their price went up a couple of months ago. The only con is that now I have to find deeper mattress covers but I guess that is a great excuse to get me some new covers because it has been a while since I bought some.

I bought a kings size 14in and this mattress is by far the most comfortable ever! I didn’t think it was possible due to it coming in a box but I am so happy. I’m a nurse and don’t always get the best sleep but so far I’m sleeping through the night with no issues. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a firm but soft supportive mattress.

This is a GREAT mattress. I was originally going to buy a $500 Mattress but my husband wasn't too fond of that idea. So i purchased this $300 mattress last minute. I was suffering from excruciating lower back pain and i had a stabbing pain in my left shoulder blade,he was also having excruciating pain in his shoulders because we both were sleeping on a cheap spring mattress. I received my mattress 8 days after ordering. It seemed like a long wait because we looked forward to getting off of that cheap mattress. But it was very well worth it. I ordered a 14 inch Queen mattress. It was a very large and heavy box but i was able to set it up in the room by myself while my husband was at work. I unwrapped it and it immediately started to expand. While it was expanding i went to go wash our bedding at the laundromat,which took about 2 hours. By the time i got home the bed was already expanded to about 10 inches. My husband was astatic. The first night that we slept on it our back/shoulder pain was completely gone. My husband went from never wanting to be in bed,to taking naps and going to bed at 8 pm! He now sleeps for 11 hours straight and that is with me waking him up for work. The bed expanded 2 more inches after the first night. I was hoping it would make it to 14 inches but this is now day 2 and i dont think its going to make it to 14 inches. Which is ok because it's still pretty thick and very comfortable. This mattress has brought me and my husband even closer because doesn't get sore causing him to turn away from me all night,now he sleeps right under me almost pushing me off of the bed 🤣 maybe i should've gotten a king sized bed? Lol anyways. BUY IT!!

If you’re used to beds that aren’t memory foam, it might feel a lot more firm compared to other beds. It can be spongy once you lie down for a minute because it will sink to fit your body, but definitely not a bouncy bed. Still comfortable if a harder bed is your preference. Regarding heat retention- it does seem to hold lots of heat.

The shipping was fast and the box is of course pretty heavy (2 person lift). It’s wrapped right and once the plastic is cut it begins inflating fairly quickly. It was about 10 minutes until it was useable. I noticed it continued to enlarge overnight to expand full but not by much. The first night I was amazed. It is firm and supportive. The quality is great and I’d say specifically for the price but I paid $950 for my last mattress and this mattress is just as nice honestly. Visually it’s plain like there no bells and whistles but it’s just a really good mattress. I am really glad I’ve purchased it. I don’t normally write reviews but I know that mattresses are a big purchase for many people. My strong suggestion is don’t waste your money going to a mattress store, just get this one if you’re okay with a decently firm mattress. I am really impressed with this product. Side note - it did have a bit of a “factory” smell to it but I think it was more transference from the plastic it’s in. Once removed it lessened and in the morning the smell was gone.

I have had enough with this bed and will have to look for another. For over a year now I had to put up with back pain and sleepless nights due to this mattress. Despite it being a memory foam mattress, the bed sound sink in so deep as though a boulder was placed on your stomach while laying down or on the side. There is no balance whatsoever with this mattress and waking up this morning with pain again, I rather sleep on the couch or floor—-which is what I’ve been doing as of late and it was better sleep. Trust me don’t get this bed.

This is a great quality mattress. It is a bit firm, but that's what I was looking for. You still sink into it, but not too much. Works great for our bad back problems. If you want a softer feel, a topper would fix that. I was looking for a mattress with the least amount of layers, this is the winner. Had a $1600 sleep number piece of poo, it was awful. For the price, this mattress is exactly right! Slept great the first night, no tossing or turning, stayed cool, the sheets even fit it better lol. Will be purchasing another for our other bedroom. Highly recommended.
