The board is a little creaky, and the plastic that wrapped the board got stuck in some places, but aside from those two things it’s a great board. The design is cool and the grip is high quality.

I got this for my 8-year-old who has shown an interest in learning to skateboard and had been using a couple of my skateboards in the driveway. She really likes outer space, so the design on the bottom of this board was perfect. She has been riding it around the neighborhood, and it works just fine for her. The wheels and trucks are definitely basic, which is fine, as I would not want to get something fancy only to have her lose interest in a week. Both the wheels and the trucks needed some adjustments (loosening the wheels, tightening the kingpins), but the board came with a multitool, so that was no big deal. If you are not familiar with these adjustments, there are lots of good youtube videos explaining how to tune up a skateboard. The aspect that was the most annoying was taking it out of the packaging. The trucks had clearly been installed while the deck was still wrapped in plastic, so I had to loosen all of the screws to get the plastic wrap out from under them. Again, not the end of the world, but an extra step between getting the package and riding the board.

This was a Christmas gift for my 8 year old who has been skating for about a year or so. He literally told me this was his favorite gift this year, which is a lot to say!! This board has an additional layer of wood over your standard board, so it is quite a bit more durable but has less flex and may weigh slightly more. For my son, it is perfect. This board comes with a t-tool which is great for a beginner to learn how to utilize and my son feels like a big kid being able to maintain and replace the trucks and wheels as needed. Trucks and wheels are pretty standard quality, maybe slightly higher than you'd see in a Big Box store, but under what you'd see in a skate shop. The print quality of the graphic (galaxy) is very good and covers the entire underside of the board. The grip tape is adhered well and has clean cuts up against the rim of the board. I would say this is an outstanding value for the price and would for sure purchase this again.

Good board for beginners. Nice that it comes with the tool to for trucks and wheels. Could use better bearings the wheels roll stiff. Boad maybe a little wide for some younger riders. Over all decent board.

This was my roomates daughters first actual skateboard. She had wanted one for long time. Her first board her parents purchased for her from Target and let's just say on the 4th day that thing not only warped but split on the 5th day. Upon further inspection the target board was made of plywood. It warped due to the girl accidentally leaving it in the rain. She was so upset. I purchased the Corneby Skateboard and inspected the item and boy was this thing hard and sturdy. Luckily it came with tools for the wheels because they were a bit too tight but other then that it's a great board for a 11yr old girl. It's colorful, the grip on it was solid. The image on the board was a bit scratched but kids will be kids, that board was gonna get scratched sooner or later. Update: it's been a month and boy is it holding strong 💪 she learned to do her first ollie and kickflip with ease. The graphics did get really scratched up but she decided to paint it over with her own design. Overall like I said before, this board is great for beginners. I highly recommend it 👌
