Other than the extended handle being too short for me (I'm 5' 10" tall), which means you could be awkwardly bent over while you're walking, this was a great help moving my student into and out of college freshman year. We carefully moved the mini fridge on it (with straps) as well as large duffle bags (also strapped) and it worked out pretty well. It's light-weight and folds up nicely so we can tuck it away while not in use. Don't mistake the light weight for cheap; this is well made.
