Let’s start with one of the piece are bent and there were not enough washers in the packaging. Second of all the push in connector is terrible. You’re better off cutting it off and splicing it and grounding the fixture directly. They’re should be some sort of clip so you don’t have to try to hold the fixture up if you’re installing solo. I turned it off and then on with the switch and it was a different color, bizarre. Although my fault for not reading, I cannot believe it can’t be dimmed through the switch. Who wants to control a light through a remote control? I can’t even use my smart switch to dim. This is a purchase I regret and so will you. ... show more

    • Nice fixture. Difficult to install. Some unexpected behavior.

The fixture itself is very nice, very bright, lots of modes to change brightness and warmth. I love that part! On the downside, it was very tricky to install. The bracket that should hold it is not "parallel" to the fixture, so it was difficult to find the right angle on the ceiling and I had to re-do it twice! Only on the third time I kinda got it right, but still not 100%. I installed a regular light switch to turn it on/off, but turns out every time it switches off, it comes back on in a different, random warmth mode!!! So every time I turn it on I am surprised with the color of it, and I wish it didn't do it. Support said there is nothing they can do about this, so it is what it is. The remote has 4 buttons for 4 different parts of the fixture, but it does not work. ... show more

If you’re looking for a product that gets tons of compliments - this light is for you. Very eye catching and beautiful. Only downside is it is produced in China and is not wired to US standards. If you’re not an electrician you should hire one.

I am very happy with this fixture! I just installed it into my office and it so far is doing a great job. The biggest issue was installing it. Putting it together was very simple but if you don’t have a ladder or something to rest the fixture on it can be difficult to handle while putting the negative an positive connections together. Also the metal bar you install onto the ceiling make sure it is as straight as can be. Mine bowed a little due to the hole from the original fixture I had to readjust because once it was installed one side drooped down slightly. ... show more

Update: I have initially left a review complaining the color circulation after every wall switch on/off and have contacted the seller for any remedy. Seller was really willing in helping to improve the product. Although product still has the issue, I am raising the review to 5 stars for great customer service. Just make sure if the product works for you before purchase. ________________________ Color temp circulates when wall switch is switched on/off. Much smaller than images show. Seller If you can provide some sort of update so that the color temp would stay fixed, would be much better. ... show more

Love this light. It is bright, works as expected. Remote is a nice feature. Install wasn't to hard. Just keep in mind it is European wiring .. brown to black. Assemble the light then hold it up and mark for bracket. It covers a 4 inch light box but barely. All in all it's a great value!
