Update: Now I have two! For the price these are stylish well made chairs. They are very inviting, unlike the very expensive chairs I am replacing. So glad I bought another. Super pleased. arrived within the week. I bought the Beige color linen chair and went ahead and bought a second one after I received the first chair. Very comfortable and doesn't feel too low or like you are sitting at a weird angle like some of the MCM chairs. The wood is thicker than I thought at about 1.25" in diameter so the chair feels substantial. It is slightly darker than birch, more like a light oak. I was also concerned the "leather" straps might look cheap but they look & feel like soft thick leather. The linen is a pretty color, not yellow - could be thicker but it's fine for me. Assembly was simple with just 6 bolts - took about 15 minutes. I leaned it against an open drawer and it made it a lot easier. I found matching ottomans at target. ... show more
