This rug really does look like a genuine sheepskin rug. It replaced an old black genuine sheepskin rug that I had to dispose of and I can't bring myself to buy another, especially if my dogs will just ruin it again. I have cold tiled floors so it's nice to have a fur rug to walk and stand on. It isn't very heavy and easily moves on the tile so if you prefer something more stationary, you'd have to anchor it with velcro or something. I like the fact that it is easy to shake out to clean and can be washed if necessary. I haven't noticed any shedding and it is really soft. The color is perfect and I really contemplated getting a black one but white dog hair and blonde human hair stood out on the black sheepskin I previously had, so I decided on the gray. I'm happy I did because you can't tell when it's dirty. It comes in a vacuum packed bag and is very wrinkled when you take it out so when you get it, put it in the dryer for a few minutes, or until the wrinkles come out. It won't take long.

I bought this rug to put in my RV and it works great. By no means does it look real; but it’s super soft and fluffy. Sometimes I will just lay on the ground on it because it’s comfy. Highly recommend for the price. It’s also easy to clean, on occasion I will vacuum it and I have no issues. I’ve had it for about three months now and it still looks good.

I'd give this rug at least four stars if it wasn't so thin and flimsy. You get it in this compressed bag and when you unfold it wow the creases are numerous. That's the negatives. The positives, so very soft on your feet and I just adore that and the size of it fits just right were im using it. Shaking it will not fluff it up because of the thinness. I put mine in the dryer on low to medium heat for about 20 minutes just to see if I could get all those creases out and they came out pretty well. A couple days later they were gone. I almost returned this rug because of everything I mentioned about but after all was said and done, I finally get to see it for what it is and for what I'm using it for it looks nice and works for me so I'm keeping it around. Don't know about the long jevity as I think it will matt down and have to be replaced in a year or so but for what I got it for that's about how it goes. I rate this as a medium grade rug.

I bought this for the living room to protect the cream rug underneath from my dog running in with dirty paws. This rug is soft, a nice color, and quality is decent for the price. If you’re laying it directly on wood floors you’ll need some sort of pad otherwise this rug will slide.
