Its main active ingredient is 46% Centella Asiatica extract plus, it’s got 3% panthenol. Fation Nosca9 serum itself feels like a silky liquid, it’s so light, not sticky afterward, and it absorbs on my skin quite quickly. I have been using it for two weeks, I notice that my skin looks so nice and healthy already. My skin looks glows! I’m so happy that I found this serum. It’s definitely worth it.

I am in my 40's and with winter here, my skin has been especially dry. I mainly ordered this to help hydrate my face. I have tried other hydrating serums recently that advertise deep hydration, but have not helped like I anticipated. This serum does hydrate, but definitely not enough for my skin. It has no smell which is nice, and applies easily leaving no sticky residue. I'm not sure why this is called trouble serum, but I am guessing it refers to being used on sensitive skin? Not sure and translating the box didn't yield any answers other than directions and ingredients. It's a nice serum but not hydrating enough for me. Hopefully this will be more useful in the summer when my skin isn't as dry.

I highly recommend this serum . It leaves my skin feeling moisturized, soft, luminous but not greasy, and my skin texture after the first days of using it changed definitely, maybe cause contain Centella Asiatica Leaf Extract. Also is a good and affordable product I have to said my skin is really sensitive and im using this serum with no problems. I added to my skin care routine, morning and nights after i clean my face i apply like 3 littles drops on my fingers and I put it on my face. Good presentation, it does not smell. Iam satisfied

This moisturizer is the perfect consistency. Absorbs really well into my skin and there is no noticeable fragrance plus it does not leave a sticky feeling after using it. My skin is very dry and sensitive and I did not get any bad reactions from using this product. When I first started using it, I did notice it stung my face a bit but the stinging sensation doesn't linger and stay around. The name of the product is a bit deceiving. Since it is called a trouble cream, I thought it was meant to be used as a spot treatment but it can actually be used as a moisturizer. I suppose you can also use it as a spot cream and concentrate more product onto the areas of concern. This product is buildable so you can apply more or less to your own preference. For me, I prefer putting on more moisturizer onto my skin especially on areas of my face where I have dry patches. There are a ton of ingredients that help calm my irritated skin and help keep acne away. Centella Asiatica works great for calming my red and irritated skin with the addition of Panthenol, helps keep my skin moisturized throughout these dry winters! This is a great moisturizer for those with sensitive skin.
