My wife and I bought a couple of these and they're fantastic. It's incredibly easy to assemble, easy to handle, and it's very fun! The fat tires make it easy to ride on pretty much any terrain and it's pretty compact when folded up. It's also feature rich and allows you to tweak the top speed, pedal assist functions, as well as many other things. Personally I've found that I prefer the pedal assist off at all times and chose to enable just the throttle. So it functions as a normal 7-speed pedal bike and I'll use the throttle when it's really time to go! I highly recommend this bike! ... show more

My first e-bike. I am familiar with bikes, as I use to tour and race bikes years ago. Overall, it seems like a great ebike. Solid. I mostly like it as its fold up width allows me to put it in my Tacoma truck bed and under the foldable bed cover. If the stock default setting sare changed via the display, I can get it up to 28mph. It is normally limited to 20 mph. It also has excellent acceleration. Now the negative part. The instructions are sometimes vague. For example, it does not tell you how too adjust the front shocks. Also I understand this bike uses Lithium ion and not Lithium phosphate batteries. Ion batteries are limited to 500 charges while phospate anywhere between 3000-500 charges. That said, I notice most e-bike companies are using Lithium Ion batteries. ... show more

This e-bike is my primary mode of transportation and it required quite a lot of time to research properly. When I started shopping for a bike, I had certain criteria, such as wide, low pressure tires (to handle difficult terrain and a smoother ride) and a step-through frame for ease of use (I'm a bit older guy and not fond of swinging my leg over a traditional frame) as well as tires that are aggressively treaded for use with snow. I have not been disappointed with this bike. Through inclement weather and potholes, I have no barriers. It is perhaps not as fast as some others normally, but a very good owner's manual will detail how to tweak the default settings toward better speeds (at the expense of battery power). Unfortunately, the seat supplied with this is better suited to female anatomy, but a simple replacement will address this. I did, after all. It is worth noting that this is not built for speed, but utility. Better speeds are possible, but for commuter use it is actually quite good. It is also for a single rider, not for cargo or passengers. The cargo deck has a warning on the deck that it is not for a load in excess of 25 kg. A quick trip to the hardware store has its limits, but all my other shopping is done by bus. I recommend only a single rider with a backpack at most, and within those limits I have had no problems. A very good bike for the money, and if you're looking for something different, try looking further. I recommend this unit for use within the parameters I specified, but for anything more, you may have to keep looking as there are some fine bikes available that may fit your needs better. ... show more

Only four months old and no way to contact the company. Showing an error code is 009 and no longer works. In the manual, it just says to contact seller. When you call the number on the front of the Manuel, nobody answers and voicemail is full. Very disappointed. I will change review if I get any response or help to fix it Update 04/22/2025 Was able to contact the seller through email and responded same day. I sent pictures of warranty and of the error code. They sent out the new part and received that within three days. It took me over a week to finally start changing it, but after fixing it, it works now. The 4 screws are Phillips or 5/16 head. I suggest using the 5/16. I Just disconnected one connector at a time and connect to the new one. The yellow connectors were very difficult to disconnect so I cut them and changed them. I added heat and shrink to prevent it from happening again. You can see where the two yellow connectors rubbed together and caused the short. I bought two of these bikes and I’m concerned it might happen to the second Bike after the warranty expires causing me to spend $75 on a new control unit. I couldn’t find that part in amazon and the seller told me that’s the cost if not under warranty. ... show more

This Narrak Ebike is actually the 2nd one that I have purchased, my first one I chose the Orange on Black frame. So the bike has exceeded all my expectations, it's is very well built with a sturdy and solid frame. They have Fat boy tires that pair well with the size and speed if the bike. That is just the one I got for myself I'm talking about but this black one here was purchased for my 17 year old son and he couldn't be any happier. I can't remember the last time he wanted to ride bikes with Dad but we have a blast!! I highly recommend this Narrak Ebike if you are looking for something to get back and forth to work on or just for fun it's perfect for both. But what was really great was the customer service was over and beyond, we had a couple of small issues sitting a couple things up and I was literally able to FaceTime the seller on the spot, He walks my dad through every step by step stress free.
