I ordered on a Friday & I received this product on Monday without Prime. I have been using it for 3 days & am still trying to figure out the electronics but I absolutely love it so far. I have only used it plugged in for assistance. I thought it only had 3 automatic speeds & I was using on the third level wishing it was a bit faster & then realized it went to level 5 assisted. Level 5 is too fast for me but I hope to work my way up to it. I am very sedentary due to multiple health problems & being able to use this low impact machine & see a calorie tracker is great incentive to use it. It’s so easy & my favorite part was the ability to plug it in with no assembly necessary. I’m so happy to have found something to use while watching television! I have been using this machine since the day I got it. It is a great machine and easy to use. I first started out using it manually, now I workout to the pre-programmed settings. My legs have gotten better. They use to hurt from all the fluid floating around, now I am feeling stronger in my legs, especially the back of my thighs.
