Still have several weeks before allowed walk but this like riding bike as kid or when rode bike at outpatient therapy benefits of excersise without putting weight on my leg that’s healing up from fracture repair plate and rod installed with the ease being in my own home sitting watching tv . This is so easy to use, I got it today and all I had to do was open the box, put batteries in the remote and plug it in or you can just use it without plugging it in, I’ve used it both ways and it’s awesome, I do recommend you sit in a chair or on the couch, I don’t recommend using it while sitting in a recliner or anything that rocks, wear shoes or just socks but sit close to it or it can slide if you do manual, I kind of think it works better if you use it auto, I do plan on getting a mat for when I just want to cycle myself, I recommend this for anyone who needs an easy way to get in a workout during the day, I am legally blind so I can’t just go outside and walk like I want to and the gym isn’t an option during the pandemic, this will be a good start to getting back in shape! ... show more

    • It’s perfect for my needs!
I ordered on a Friday & I received this product on Monday without Prime. I have been using it for 3 days & am still trying to figure out the electronics but I absolutely love it so far. I have only used it plugged in for assistance. I thought it only had 3 automatic speeds & I was using on the third level wishing it was a bit faster & then realized it went to level 5 assisted. Level 5 is too fast for me but I hope to work my way up to it. I am very sedentary due to multiple health problems & being able to use this low impact machine & see a calorie tracker is great incentive to use it. It’s so easy & my favorite part was the ability to plug it in with no assembly necessary. I’m so happy to have found something to use while watching television!     • It’s working but didn’t fits big feet!
The machine works as described. I bought it for my husband. But It’s too light weight and didn’t fit my husband big feet ( 14 shoes size)) 6’2 and 230 pounds. So not useful for him!!!! Rather than that it will works for lightweight person with smaller feet.

    • Make sure you are using a proper chair.
I have MS. At first the rotation of the machine did not seem to be enough to consider it like riding a bike but after I was done after 30 minutes, my legs felt stronger. I was able to move easier around the house. I do like the feature of being able to change from forward to backwards. I just wish it would start out forward. Oh well, a quick switch of a button with the remote fixes that. Customer service was fantastic! ... show more

I had surgery for a torn meniscus and have some swelling in the lower leg. This is helping with the pain, swelling and strengthening my leg. It was a bit hard to read the digital screen so I use the Elliptical on my Apple watch which has all counters as this one does. I had a hard time keeping shoes on using this so I use socks with skid proof plastic on the bottom and it holds my feet on much better. Great for so many reasons keeping us healthy. ... show more

    • GREAT INVESTMENT FOR MY KNEES!
I had knee replacement years ago and want to continue working for range of motion. The electric elliptical is great for that. I used to go to the gym and would use the Newstep(sit down elliptical). I can now put on a tv show and work out!! Calories are calories.. burned!! I am so glad I finally bought it!! GREAT INVESTMENT!!     • Update On replacement product performance--- BAD-Don't waste your money!
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT My first purchase had the product failing during the warranty period.After a hassle where I had to prevail upon Amazon to intervene, I finally got a replacement (Product began by making 'strange noises, one pedel skipping or not cycling and then the whole thing finally just stopped working). After the company finally provided a replacement, they pleaded with me to give them an 'updated' review. I did so being so happy to receive a replacement...................Well after several months the replacement has had the left pedel start making the same noise and then falling off altogether. One faulty product...........could happen. Two products that basically either stop working with warranty period or fall apart and the product is simply not well made and not worth the money. I have now wasted well over $100 on an unreliable and faulty product and have to spend more money to hopefully find a better product because the exercise provided is necessary to keep arthritic knees and ankles more mobile. I live on a fixed income and wasting money on something I do need is a big an costly disappointment. Hope I have saved someone else that same disappointment. This is the first sub par product of all of my purchases on Amazon over the years (and there have been many). I hope for a better result with my next purchase of this type of under desk electric eliptical trainer. (no star rating if that was possible) ... show more
